Xavleg Return & Refund Policy

Because even the most brutal riffs deserve a smooth merch experience.

1. The 30-Day Window of Redemption

You have 30 calendar days from the moment your order hits your lair to request a return. Miss the deadline and the gates slam shut until the next drop.

2. Eligibility Checklist

Your item must be:

  1. Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  2. Sporting all original tags

  3. Resting in its original packaging

  4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. Summoning a Return

  1. Email the horde at xavlegband@gmail.com and drop your order number plus a quick reason for the return.

  2. Await our green-flame approval. We’ll send a pre-paid return label and the sacred shipping instructions.

  3. [35 Beach rd, Apartment 14 Cremorne', Humewood, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa, 6013] is the only altar we accept returns at. Any wayward packages will be banished back to sender.

4. Damages or Wrong Loot

Inspect your haul the second it arrives. If something’s defective, damaged, or just straight-up wrong, hit us up immediately so we can set things right with sorcery speed.

5. The Forbidden List

The following relics cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal-care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Questions about a specific item? Fire off an email first so we can confirm its fate.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or design? Send the original item back once approved, then place a new order for the exact piece you want. Fastest way to lock it down before it sells out.

7. Europe’s 14-Day Cooling-Off Perk

Ordering from the EU? You get 14 days to cancel for any reason. Same condition rules apply: pristine, tagged, original packaging, proof of purchase included.

8. Refund Ritual

  • We notify you as soon as your return is inspected.

  • If approved, your funds glide back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card issuers can be slow, so give them a little patience.

  • After 15 business days with no refund, summon us at xavlegband@gmail.com.
