FAQ

Apparel is printed on demand. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then it ships. The delivery estimate for your country is shown next to each shipping option at checkout and starts once production is complete. Around big drops and holidays it can take longer.

CDs are packed and posted from our UK warehouse in Scotland, in regular batches, so your CD may not leave on the day you order. The estimate at checkout is the transit time once it has been posted.

For apparel, you'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available. Check your spam folder too. CDs on Standard Shipping are untracked. If you want a tracking number for a CD, choose Tracked Shipping at checkout. See Track Order.

Different items can come from different partners (for example a CD and a T-shirt), so they ship separately and may arrive on different days. Nothing is missing.

Our tees are Gildan fits. Long sleeves run small, so size up. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (the whole item, a close-up of the problem and, for apparel, the size label). We'll send a replacement or a refund.

Apparel is made to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns (including wrong size) beyond what consumer law requires. Please don't post anything back before we reply. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Our drops are limited editions. Once it's gone, it's gone. Follow us on Instagram to catch the next one.

Enter your code in the discount code box at checkout and hit apply. If it doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.

Checkout is through PayPal, and PayPal takes cards, so you don't need a PayPal account. You can also buy on Bandcamp at xavleg.bandcamp.com.
