Track Your Order

Your tracking info is emailed to you when your order ships. No email yet? Apparel is made to order, so it needs to be produced first (2 to 7 business days), and CDs are posted in batches.

Where to check

• Your shipping confirmation email. Use the tracking link in it. Check your spam folder too.
• Your order confirmation email. It has an order status link that shows where your order is at.
• Your account. Log in or look up your order here.

More than one parcel?

Different items may ship separately from different print partners, each with its own tracking, so they can arrive on different days. Nothing is missing.

Good to know

• CDs on Standard Shipping are untracked. If you chose Tracked Shipping, you'll get a tracking number when it's posted.
